Ice Pops
Today we’re making ice pops. You can use a singular fruit or use a mixture. You can use water while mixing or fruit juice. You can add the small amount of honey suggested or you can leave them unsweetened. As you can see these ice pops are as customizable as they are delicious!
Ingredients:
1 cup Frozen Fruit
1/4-1/2 cup Water or juice
1 TBSP Honey
2 tsp Lemon or lime juice
Instructions:
1) Place half the water in the bottom of your blender
2) Add the remaining ingredients
3) Blend until smooth. Add more water if the mixture is too thick
4) Using a funnel pour the mixture into the fillable ice pop sleeves. Be careful not to fill them too full. Rinse the sleeves under cold water if needed
5) Place in the freezer for a few hours until fully frozen
Notes:
Consider switching out the water for juice
Use a combination of fruits
Leave out the honey for an unsweetened version
Add some herbs for additional flavor, I’m thinking strawberry basil would be really good
