Beef Bouillon Mix with Hidden Vegetables
This recipe fits into reintroduction stage 2 of AIP when made as written.
You could make a few adjustments & switch which stage it’s compliant for
You could make it fit the elimination phase by omitting the faux paprika, mustard powder as well as the celery seed & replacing it with celery powder or leaving it out all together
You could make it fit reintroduction stage 1 by adding in the mustard powder & faux paprika. See notes below on the recipe
To find your vegetable powders you have a few different options: your local health or grocery store, Amazon, finding dehydrated vegetables & powdering them yourself or dehydrating your own vegetables & powdering them yourself
Feel free to adjust the amount of vegetable powders you use just be aware it might change the color of your mix. I usually put in more beet powder but that made quite of few of the recipes I used it in slightly red/purple, but it did not affect the flavor negatively
